Clear to Rain is an independent fashion brand founded in 2018 by Jin Fiona Yan, a designer with a background in business management from the University of Liverpool and fashion design from IFA Paris. After gaining experience in the fashion industry and participating in Condé Nast’s Protégé Program, Fiona launched her first commercial collection, “Melting Neon.” The brand’s name, derived from a weather forecast term, symbolizes its core concepts of nature and change.
Fiona’s dedication to sustainable fashion has earned her accolades, including the 2022 Green Challenge Sustainable Fashion Design Innovation Award and the 2024 “Shanghai Design Top100+” prize, supported by UNESCO. Clear to Rain continues to explore creative expressions rooted in sustainability and a deep understanding of environmental changes.
